The Bridestowe Estate Lavender Farm established in 1922, is the one of the world's largest single commercial lavender farms, producing the finest quality lavender flowers and lavender oil used traditionally in the perfumery industry. The Bridestowe plantations have made Tasmania famous worldwide for its lavender.
